Burned to Brave Hat Co. was born from loss, resilience, and the courage to rise. After losing a parent each just days apart to cancer, we were forever changed. In preparing for our first trip after that heartbreak, we poured our grief and strength into designing two special hats. That moment sparked everything…

Our name and business reflects the fire that scorched us and the bravery it took to begin again. Through each custom creation, we honor not only our journey but yours. If you've faced cancer, loss, or deep tragedy, know that you're seen. You've been burned, but you too are brave.

Hat Sizing

Our hats are designed to fit like traditional cowboy hats and are offered in Medium and Large sizes. If needed, we can also create an XL custom fit.

Medium

Fits approximately a traditional cowboy hat size 7 – 7 1/4, which is about a 22” – 22 3/4” head circumference. If your hat needs a slightly tighter fit, we can always size it down for you after you measure your head.

Large

Fits approximately 22 1/2” – 23 1/4” head circumference and typically fits a traditional cowboy hat size 7 1/8 – 7 3/8.

XL Custom Sizing

We can also create an XL hat upon request. XL sizing fits approximately 23 5/8” – 24 3/8” head circumference and generally fits traditional cowboy hat sizes 7 1/2 – 7 3/4.

Each of our products are individually handcrafted, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the artisanal nature of our work.

Shipping, Returns & Liability Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Once an order has been shipped, title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser. We are not liable for any damage, delay, loss, or mishandling caused by third-party shipping or delivery carriers. Any claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
